Refund Policy
In the event you cannot attend the MWV School to Career camp you may be entitled to a refund. You will receive a full refund as long as you provide written notice (letter or email) no less than 30 days prior to the start of the camps. If you notify us less than 30 days from the start of the camps you will receive a 50% refund. No refund will be issued if you cancel less than 14 days from the camp start date.
Description
Ready for takeoff? Our FAA ACE Aviation Camp is an immersive, hands-on experience that gives students rare access to the world of flight. Campers explore aviation through flight simulation, meteorology instruction, and behind-the-scenes visits to aviation facilities such as Pease Air Force Base and PlaneSense. Highlights include glider flights with Franconia Soaring Association, introductory discovery flights (weather permitting), a visit to an Air Traffic Control tower, and even a Blackhawk helicopter experience.
This is far more than a classroom overview — students engage directly with pilots, aviation professionals, and real aircraft while discovering the advanced STEM pathways that power the industry. For many, this camp sparks a lasting interest in aviation and technical careers.

July 20, 2026 - July 24, 2026. This camp generally takes place from 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM, but the time may vary due to field trips and other variables.

Cost
The full camp cost is $300, but a reduced cost is available during registration based on school reduced or free lunch status. Additional financial assistance is available via scholarships, please complete the request form on our Scholarships page prior to registration.
